Delivery & Postage
Allow up to 14 days for delivery of in-stock items. You will be notified of any items that are out of stock and of their expected delivery date. These items will be placed on back order if requested.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
We use Australia Post or Independent Freight  Forwarders The Outdoor Décor Company will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post or the Freight Forwarders.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
Exchanges*(within 7 days of receiving) and refunds* can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to.
Goods must be unused and in original packaging for returns otherwise goods will not be accepted back. Any shipping charges on returns are the customer's responsibility.
If unsure of our Return &Exchange Policy please contact us before purchasing your item(s).
For your protection we suggest that you send your goods back via express post or a chosen freight forwarder with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
