Does the silver finish still work under artificial light?
Yes. The multi-tonal silver coating acts as a gentle reflector, so under natural daylight or warm 3000K LED downlights the raised leaf contours gleam while the recesses behind the metalwork drop into shadow. Raking the light across the face gives more contrast than hitting it flat on.
Which walls actually need something 1800 mm tall?
High-ceiling entry vestibules, two-storey stairwell landings, open-plan mezzanine voids, and any feature wall where the furniture stops low and leaves tall vertical space unoccupied.

What does fixing and upkeep involve?
Fix it with heavy-duty anchors into timber or metal wall studs, or masonry sleeves in solid brickwork; with 1800 mm of metal you want framing behind the fixings, not plasterboard on its own. Upkeep is minimal: a clean, dry microfibre duster worked along the cutwork is all it needs. No water or sprays, and keep ammonia and solvent cleaners off the metallic finish.
