About Classical Urn
Circulating water does most of the work here. The classical profile settles into a residential courtyard, an alfresco dining area or an entryway portico without argument, and the sound of moving water carries further than the shape ever does. The body is handcrafted from marine-grade fibreglass and resin, so it takes the wet-and-dry cycling of a full year outdoors and holds its structure through it. Fibreglass has nothing in it to rust, which matters in salt-laden coastal air, and it stays stable through a dry Perth summer.
Every urn is custom made to order in our workshop, which means the finish is chosen rather than accepted. The selection is wide enough to work against contemporary render, classic limestone or weathered timber. A matched water pump is included, configured in either standard 240V mains or low-voltage 12V. The urn structure is backed by a 5-year warranty, and a 3-year extended warranty is available for the pump.

Does the pump run on mains power or low voltage?
Either. The water feature is supplied with your choice of a standard 240V mains-powered pump or a 12V low-voltage pump with a plug-in power supply. The 12V option is the one most people take when the urn sits close to garden beds, or where child and pet safety decides the matter.
How is it set up on site?
Set the reservoir or base plinth on a firm, compacted sand or concrete pad and check it with a spirit level. Get that right and the rest is quick: place the urn, connect the flexible delivery hose to the pump, fill the system with clean water, and plug into an outdoor weatherproof power outlet.
What does it need through a hot Perth summer?
Check the water level weekly. Evaporation is faster than most people expect in high summer, and the pump has to stay fully submerged while it runs so it keeps cooling and the impeller doesn’t wear early. Run the feature through daylight hours so the water never sits still, and add a non-toxic water feature clarifier from time to time. The handcrafted finish is a coated surface, so any mineral ring above the waterline lifts off with a soft cloth and plain water. Keep household bleach and pool chlorine away from it altogether.
What is covered by warranty, and for how long?
The marine-grade fibreglass urn body is backed by a 5-year structural warranty. The included water circulation pump comes with an available 3-year extended warranty covering mechanical operation.
